We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Technical Support Team, working on both Electrolube and AF brands. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Chemistry or have a scientific background, possess good communication and organisational skills and be driven and self-motivated, working either individually or as part of a team. The majority of questions come from the electronics industry and therefore any relevant industry experience in electronics manufacturing would be an advantage. The role will involve offering product and application support for the Global Sales Team covering a wide range of technical problems and requirements, often summarising with product suggestions. Management of multiple pieces of information and data, constructing answers for others and putting technical information into an understandable and easily read format are part of the everyday tasks. The role also involves interacting directly with end users and as joint visits to key customers may also be necessary, commercial awareness and customer service knowledge are also essential for this role.
In addition to customer support, there is also an internal technical support function to this role. Such tasks include supporting the production of SDS, CLP compliant labelling and the understanding of various regulations, such as REACH, BPR, etc. Experience in these fields would also be an advantage.

We have an opportunity within the Electrolube sales team for an Export Key Account Manager with designated sales areas including some Far Eastern countries, (Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam) plus areas of North America. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Electronics, Chemistry, Physics , or Engineering; be comfortable working on own initiative and as part of a team and will be adept at identifying new opportunities. This role demands a high level of commercial awareness and experience of working with both end users and distributors is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Development Chemist to join our R&D team, specifically working within our Encapsulation Resins Division. The successful candidate will have a degree in Chemistry and relevant work experience in the development and formulation of two-part polyurethane, epoxy or silicone resins. The role will involve researching into current and new technologies in order to formulate innovative Encapsulation Resins for our product range. Projects will involve extensive testing according to a range of industry requirements, evaluation and qualification of materials and work to support customer requests with their own testing. This position is part of the Encapsulation Resins Team within R&D, therefore the ideal candidate should be passionate about product development and laboratory work, self-driven, interested and keen to learn about new materials and applications, well organised and able to work as part of a team. A high level of quality, attention to detail and GLP are essential for this role. Any experience of encapsulation resin development for applications within the electronics industry would be an advantage.
